Topic 1: Write about your fitness and eating habits

Hi, I'm someone who doesn't focus on eating and exercising. So even though I'm not in perfect shape, I'm still in good health. And now I will show you my fitness and eating habits.


First of all, about my eating habits.I usually eat things like: fried chicken, french fries,... And it is unhealthy food, it contains a lot of grease that leads to diseases such as obesity and is strongly heart-related so I limited my intake of them.


Besides, I love sweets, Also I like sweets. Although I know it's unhealthy, they’re so delicious that can stop me from being sad. And that also makes for good health, right?

Next, about my fitness habits: I don't exercise but I love playing sports. I love playing badminton and love swimming. I usually play badminton twice a week and swim once a week or sometimes I don't. It lightens my mood and I'm happy to do it.
